First you need to log in to your account in the online store. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one by clicking on SIGN IN at the upper right of the screen and following the steps. Your new account will be activated within two business days. Once your account is activated and you are logged in, you will be able to purchase those materials for which you are eligible.
