If you've just started or renewed, it can take 3-5 business days after your purchase for your digital Discourses or SATs to become available.
If that time has passed and you still can't access them, it's possible your online account didn't automatically link to your member record in the MSIA database. This is usually caused by one of the following:
- A mismatched email address (the email on your online account is different from the one on file with MSIA)
- A duplicate account (you created a new login instead of using your existing one)
