The subscription renewal option is enabled starting 6 months before your expiration date, and it stays available for up to 18 months after your expiration date.
If your primary subscription lapses for more than 18 months, you'll need to start over from Discourse #1. In that case, please contact the MSIA offices to request a restart approval from the Traveler and to check the status of your initiation, if applicable.
