All orders submitted through the portal require 3-5 business days for processing to begin with, after which you are considered "active" and the media will be made available to you in the following timelines.
Physical Discourses
- Shipped Within the US: about 2 weeks
- Shipped Outside the US: 2-4 weeks
- Need it sooner? Rush shipping is available for an additional charge, including for international orders. Rush shipping applies to delivery time, not processing. To request it, email order@msia.org or call 323-737-4055, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Digital Discourses and Soul Awareness Teachings (SATs)
- Brand new subscription or late renewal (after your expiration date): You'll get access to your new Discourses or the current month's SAT on the app and Student Download Center within 3-5 business days.
- Early renewal (before your expiration date): You'll get access on the date your new subscription year begins. Example: If you're reading Year 1 > Discourse 10 in October and renew for Year 2, Year 2 will unlock in the app on January 1.
That Which Is Gift/Extension
You, or the recipient of your gift, will get access to the content behind the paywall within 3-5 business days. Another automated email will be generated once access is granted. If you'd rather start right away, choose Subscribe Now instead. This is a separate monthly plan that's billed differently, but it gives you access immediately at sign up.
