All MSIA ministers are required to maintain their initiation status and an active subscription to MSIA Discourses (or SATs if the entire series of Discourses has been completed), and they must complete an annual self-evaluation of their ministry, which is due by their birthday each year. There is also an annual processing fee of USD $25.
