Complete the MSIA Services Info Request Form at https://www.msia.org/experience/msia_services#form and indicate Baptism in the drop down menu as the service you are interested in.

Baptism is available to adults studying MSIA Discourse #7 or higher. Baptisms are also done for children older than 8 if the child requests it and if the parent studying Discourses gives permission.
Those applying must be cleared and approved to receive Baptism in MSIA. There is a confidential personal Baptism booklet required to be read prior to receiving the baptism.
